It prides itself on its regional products including the wonderful Poznań goose, duck and St. Martin croissants, as well as Polish beers, vodkas and liqueurs. In the Bamberka restaurant, we bake cakes ourselves and we also make dumplings. We don't use any processed goods and place a premium on using only natural ingredients. We have a wide range of regional beers and liqueurs.
